October 4, 2011 Board Meeting Agenda Item #21 Title APPROVAL TO RESCIND STUDENT EXPULSION ABEYANCE CASE NO. 11-242 Description School Board Policy 5.34(4), permits the Board to hold in abeyance the expulsion of a student if the student participates in a recognized alternative-to-expulsion program.  This student has been withdrawn from the Triad program and expulsion reinstated for non-compliance and non-attendance. Recommendation That the abeyance of Expulsion Case No. 11-242, be rescinded per School Board Police 5.34(4).
